LINA 0.72 is available for the following Windows versions:
With the LINA 0.72 release, it is necessary that CYGWIN is NOT running during any part of the installation process. LINA has a dependency on openssh which uses the CYGWIN dlls and only one CYGWIN dll can be active (loaded) at a time.
To install LINA on Windows, first make sure you have Administrator privileges if your version of Windows requires them for installing software. If you are running Vista, right-click on the installer icon and select "Run as administrator". Otherwise, double-click on the installer icon.
Click through the installer windows.
The installer might appear to freeze for a few minutes as it is setting up LINA. Please be patient with us and may we suggest that you take the opportunity to have a nice beverage?
When you see the final screen - congratulations! LINA is installed and you are ready to install a LINA application.
